Orders can be modified or cancelled before they are dispatched. Please contact us via the Contact page or WhatsApp with your order ID as soon as possible. Once an order is shipped, cancellations may not be possible.
Yes. All payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway trusted by millions of Indian businesses. We never store card details on our servers.
We deliver pan-India to all states and union territories. Delivery timelines vary by location — metro cities typically receive orders faster.

Our lamps use a range of premium materials including hand-thrown ceramic, brushed brass, natural rattan, polished marble, and sustainably sourced wood. Material details are listed on every product page.
Bulb type (E27, B22, GU10, etc.) and recommended wattage are listed on each product page. Most of our lamps are compatible with LED bulbs for energy efficiency. Bulbs are not included unless stated.
Yes. All lamps and lighting fixtures come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Contact us with your order ID and a photo if you experience any issues.
All items are packed in double-walled corrugated boxes with foam cushioning and padding to ensure they arrive undamaged. Fragile items like marble and ceramic bases receive extra protective wrapping.
We accept all major payment methods via Razorpay: UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and popular wallets. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
Currently we accept prepaid orders via Razorpay only. This ensures your order is confirmed and dispatched promptly. COD may be introduced in future.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for undamaged, unused products in original packaging. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Table lamps, floor lamps, and desk lamps are plug-and-play — just screw in a bulb and plug in. Pendant lights and wall sconces require basic electrical wiring and we recommend a certified electrician for installation.
